Great location. Shuttle service to airport. Restaurant and pool. Service was great in all areas, they even bring us towels to the pool.

extremely friendly and helpful ..you're greeted by an attendant right at the parking lot ... extremely fast check-in .. the air conditioner took about 15 minutes to get it to temperature wonderful ... the room was already equipped with three full size bath towels .... I managed to sleep in .. the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable ... shower head hot and adequate water pressure .... had a wonderful breakfast downstairs .. their parking lot is very large in the back single story able to bring in a large profile vehicle ..

I'll give them a four out of five. Clean Room, bed was fine and even the pillows were very good. Staff was great. The internet worked very well - no issues there. The air conditioning was noisy, but it worked great (I sleep warm so I needed it to be cold in the room) For the money, it was a good value I think. I was there for the week working and visiting clients. My primary complaint is that I had this little tiny table thing to work on and I found that unacceptable. I don't need some big desk, but just a standard size desk found at - oh - 99% of all major hotels. when I come back again to Tijuana for work, I will likely try one of the major US chains next time for just that one reason.

The place was very clean .all the staff was very friendly. We made are reservations by phone a week early and when we arrived at Fiesta I nn hotel. Every thing was ready..great staff. 5 stars. Most important from are room you can see the U.S embassy 3 minutes by car 10 minutes walking distance. This hotel has good parking and the stores are walking distance. .

Very good family environment. Great accommodations, staff well service treats you like your family all the time. Definitely recommend this place.

This location is great for travelers visiting the U.S. Embassy, as it's within walking distance. However, the hotel lacks good privacy, and some maintenance is needed—especially in the bathroom (there’s noise from water pipes). Additionally, the elevator isn’t fully functional, which can be inconvenient.

Excellent location, super clean, and I must say that Joaquin at reception was super friendly; his service was the best.

Hotel was very clean and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has very reasonable prices and offers different promotions depending on booking method. Would recommend opting for online booking to take advantage of complimentary breakfast otherwise you would be looking at about $15 per person to purchase breakfast. The reception area is welcoming and staff up front is very accommodating. Rooms are comfy and well maintained, my only draw back to the rooms is that they did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The pool area was well maintained and water temperature was perfect however they close the pool area way too early. A minor recommendation for management in regards to the bar area; have knowledgeable and trained individuals running the bar who know how to make a descent drink. Unfortunately the bar here is a no go which is very disappointing because the bar lounge is very nice and I would have loved to sit around enjoying a few drinks. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and greatly appreciate those individuals who made my stay pleasant. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again in the near future.
